I like to emphasize to clients that in most cases a broad understanding of the technical challenges at hand is often more usefull then a very narrow understanding of this or that package. Most software is replaced by something else in a fairly short lifespan. Ability to adapt usually trumps knowing every detail from a specific vendor when it comes to most elements of your project.

In case of a 'No cure, No pay' arrangement, you'll only be charged a small fee up front. If after delivery of the first milestone you're not 100% satisfied you're free to cancel the egagement at no additional cost. If you have a clear spec of what needs to be delivered. For consulting engagements we can offer a 1 week or 10 day trial period with a maximum discount. If you're not satisfied for any reason whatsoever, you're free to cancel the engagement, at no additional cost.
