Consulting Services
What can you expect, and what kind of services are we talking about ? We elucidated a bit at the top of the page. We have expertise in all areas of the Salesforce core platform (service / sales cloud) and in particular with regards to integrations. Hence we can help you decide if your current implementation is the best possible implementation of Salesforce for your particular business and processes. And if not, devise a roadmap with you for what needs to change. Items, often related to integrations, that we typically identify are associated with the platform being (mis)used for tasks it doesn’t excel at. Obviously this is an area of some contention. If you speak to an account rep. Platform X excels at basically everything all the time. And how convenient is it to have ‘everything’ in one place! Companies weary of interface development, often based on difficult prior experiences may want to believe this fairy tale. All to avoid having to go through another painful integration project that will overrun 5X, time and money.
No more. We’ll help you analyze strengths & weaknesses of your current implementation. Providing advice on where improvements can be had. If it turns out that certain operations are better done off platform. ( Typically think of high data / volume processes and procedures. Determine the end goal
In any case we’ll define desired deliverable(s) with you. This could be
- Quick Scan Report
- One or more interfaces to or from Salesforce to adjacent systems
- Consulting track.
Once an understanding about the desired goals and outcome is reached, we’ll match it with a quote. This will be contained in an offer, accompanied by a general estimate of throughput and stated borderline conditions.
Quick scan and Consulting
These offers tend to have a lot of overlap. With the major difference being in the consulting track the client can define all aspects of the agenda, where as the quick scan follows a pre-determined trajectory.
Quick Scan
With the quick scan often times there’s a specific domain that the client wishes to acquire more insights about. In general it includes at minimum the following processes :
- Review of the current implementation in a dedicated sandbox environment. (This way your production data is shielded and there aren’t any worries about data security. This makes it easy to get started quickly, without having to go through extensive review processes. If so desired.)
- Interviews with identified key stakeholders, users and champion users.
- Assessment
- Final report
Throughput time depends on the size of the implementation and requested domain.

Consulting
A consulting offer is entirely customer requirement driven. And can vary between implementing hands-on modifications to your implementation and C-level advisory about your IT road map, and where Salesforce fits in best, according to the platform strengths and weaknesses.
